Owners Kevin and Erin Worley bring complementary experience to the business. Kevin has been a licensed electrician for more than 15 years and earned his Washington State Master Electrician license in 2024, the same year Worley Wiring was founded. He is highly skilled in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics, an area that often requires years of hands-on experience to master. Kevin is also known among local inspectors for the quality and attention to detail of his work.

Whether troubleshooting a difficult electrical problem, completing a panel upgrade, or working through a remodel or rewire, Kevin approaches each project thoughtfully. During remodels, especially, he takes the time to look for alternative installation methods and routes whenever possible to minimize unnecessary damage to walls, ceilings, and finished areas of the home.

Erin brings a background in construction project management, business administration, and customer service to Worley Wiring. She oversees much of the day-to-day coordination of the business and places a strong emphasis on providing superior customer service. From responding promptly to questions and keeping customers informed to coordinating schedules and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish, her goal is to make the electrical process as easy and stress-free as possible for homeowners.
